I was in need of a home to rent in Barrie for some personal reasons. I enquired about a few. Mario was the first to reach out (first thing the following morning). Mario set up a viewing for me that very day. As we started talking I was able to open up to him more of what I was looking for and why. He was actually sympathetic and genuine about it. We parted ways that day and about an hour later he had sent me more places to look at, that he felt would be suitable for the circumstances.
